The staff there are incredibly rude and do not care at all. There is an Indian girl there who is extremely aggressive and rude. She denied me access to the restroom one time even though we almost go there every other day. We're regulars. And she wouldn't let me use it.
Today though, we go into the store and it's very quiet. A Sunday afternoon. It's just me, my boyfriend and her. And she walks out.
She comes back and without acknowledging us starts moving things around and cleaning for 10 mins. We left since we were being ignored even though she saw us and recognized us.
Terrible management. She is so rude and drives customers away. -

Popped in this place for the first time ever today for a late lunch. There was one other customer ahead of me and one employee working behind the counter. The employee was making two sub sandwiches for someone else (maybe a phone in?) so she told the fellow ahead of me she would be a minute. It was taking a long time and although I can't blame the employee I can blame whoever manages this place because having one staff member working the counter with a line up starting to form is ridiculous. I waited a few more minutes and she still hadn't gotten to the fellow ahead of me so I left.

Let me start off by saying I frequent subway LOTS.
This is by far thee worst subway restaurant I have ever been to by a country mile. My girlfriend got food poising there on the last visit and well, quite frankly is the reason for this review. It was the final straw for me.
I live close by so unfortunately for me I have to make a further trek out to other locations because I refuse to ever go back until ownership gets there sh*t together and actually properly train there employees on proper safe food practices and how to actually make a sandwich and not a sloppy mess wrapped in wax paper.
Place is a pigsty. I can't even imagine what the back area looks like.
The bigger woman "running" the place in the day is clueless as far as neatness goes and she's the manager. Sloppy messy sandwiches is the norm when she's making them. Complains while she's doing it too. Rolling eyes and ugly body language in general.
The woman in the evening has a thing with removing the cutting board hours before closing, make your sandwich on the dirty, grimy looking metal underneath. Also, the actual sandwiches are a bloody mess when you open them. Again, not properly trained which is unfortunate because she seems like a hard working type really.
Like I said, I'll will not ever go back until things change. The food poisoning was the last straw. STAY FAR AWAY! -

The woman "working" there always has the gate closed during peak hours with a mop bucket blocking the door, either some lame excuse of a note on the door saying they are out of bread or nothing at all. She needs to be fired asap, because she's obviously not there to work or help anyone.. when you are lucky enough to step foot inside the forbidden walls of this Subway, the service isn't any better, rude, snappy, and really you're just another annoyance stopping her from relaxing. Very annoyed because I love Subway and can never get any here!!
